1. Apply with Ease

Begin your journey by applying to our exciting job openings through our user-friendly website, social media channels, email, or via our trusted network of external recruiters working internationally. All applications should include a CV in English.

2. Personalized Video Interview

Upon receiving your application, our internal recruiter consultants will arrange a personalized video interview to assess your English proficiency, professional demeanor, preferences, expectations, and experience. Choose between a convenient one-way interview using Willo or a video call via WhatsApp, guided by our supportive recruiters.

3. Thorough Reference Check

To ensure a seamless fit with our dynamic teams, we conduct comprehensive reference checks with your previous employers, verifying your behavior and capabilities.

4. Tailored Job Offer

Congratulations! If deemed qualified, we’ll craft a fitting job offer and present it to you within 2 days. Expect the details via WhatsApp and email, with a clear explanation. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

5. Introduction to Your Future Employer

Once you accept the offer, we share your resume with your prospective employer. Upon their approval, we move forward. If not, we actively explore alternative options for both you and the employer.

6. Seamless Documentation Process

As we progress to the contract stage, we’ll request necessary documentation such as your home address, bank account details, and a picture of your ID or Passport. Accommodation arrangements in the Netherlands will also be taken care of by International Hospitality.

7. Smooth Transition and Ongoing Support

With your contract signed, we assist in securing your flight. Upon arrival in the Netherlands, you’ll proceed directly to your workplace, where the manager will guide you to your new accommodation. Work typically begins the following day. For candidates without a BSN number, we’ll schedule an appointment in the following week. Throughout your stay, we provide ongoing aftercare, ensuring your experience is seamless and satisfying.
